Executive Coaching

Talent Insight has an Executive Coaching approach that links Improved Learning and Experience to Business Outcomes.

Our approach is as follows:

Awareness
In the first phase of the program we set expectations by meeting with all of the stakeholders to determine individual perceptions and expectations. We do an individual style assessment using the Harrison Assessment and provide confidential feedback to the participant.

Analysis
Stage two sets the Mission Essential Business Goals that provide the basis for measurement of the success of the program.
Individual and Corporate development opportunities are identified.
An Action Plan is determined and the competed plan is approved by the participant and the stakeholders. At this point a 360 feedback program is conducted to provide needed feedback and set a benchmark for the beginning of the coaching.

Action
Once the expectations, measurable business and personal goals are defined and agreed to, the Individual Coaching then begins. Over the next six months individual Executive Coaching sessions will be held on a regular basis geared toward the accomplishment of the predetermined goals.

Achievement
At a mid- point in the coaching and at the end ,there will be an Individual reassessment to insure that personal goals are being met. In addition a Business Outcomes Assessment with the stakeholders will be held to insure that their expectations are being met. At the end of the six months a determination can be made as to the value of providing further Executive Coaching support beyond the initial assignment.
